Natawadee Steinhouse, M.D. (Provider) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of a *354workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) denying Provider’s Petition for Review of Utilization Review Determination (Utilization Review Petition). We vacate and remand for the reasons set forth below.
