We have consolidated two appeals taken by John C. Davies and his wife, Caroline, from two judgments entered in the Superior Court after a nonjury trial. In one action, the Davies are plaintiffs in a civil action where they seek specific performance and damages from the defendants, Royal Little and the Dunes Corporation, because of an alleged conspiracy by the defendants to deprive the plaintiffs of an opportunity to exercise an option to purchase a parcel of real estate.
