This is a bill in equity by the complainantvendee to compel specific performance of a contract for the purchase and sale of real estate. A demurrer to- the bill was overruled and the cause was then heard on bill, answer and proof. It is here on the appeal of the respondent-ven dor from a judgment 1 entered in the superior court conditionally ordering the real estate described in the bill of complaint to be conveyed to the complainant-vendee.
