Defendant appeals a conviction for possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. ORS 475.904. He assigns error to the denial of a motion to suppress evidence that was seized from him after what he asserts was an unlawful stop. We affirm.
In reviewing a trial court’s decision on a motion to suppress, we are bound by the court’s factual findings if there is evidence in the record to support them. State v.
