Petitioner Galal Badawi seeks review of an Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) order denying his claim for unemployment compensation benefits. An Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) of the OAH affirmed the determination of the Department of Employment Services (“DOES”) concluding that Badawi was ineligible for unemployment compensation benefits because he was fired for gross misconduct.
