The petitioner herein applies to this court for the issuance of a writ of mandate directed to the Superior Court of the county of Napa and to the Honorable Percy S. King, as judge thereof, respondents herein, commanding said respondents to transfer the cause referred to in said application to another court the judge whereof is qualified to act in said cause, and for an order of this court restraining said Superior Court and the’ judge thereof from- taking any other action or proceeding in said cause except the action of transferring the same as above prayed for; and for such other and further…
