Proceedings for the disbarment of Ralph C. Streater, an attorney *539admitted to the practice of law in Minnesota. A petition for his disbarment or for such other discipline as this court may determine was filed here by the Practice of Law Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association on November 14, 1960.
