He was disbarred by this court on November 28, 1941. In re Disbarment of Pluto, 211 Minn. 308, 300 N.W. 897. His application is supported by his verified petition, together with several letters from attorneys recommending his reinstatement. No oral argument or brief was presented in his behalf.
