Plaintiff appeals from an adverse judgment, rendered against her on a jury verdict, in her action to recover for personal injuries. At the trial in the superior court issue was joined both on the question of defendant’s negligence and plaintiff’s contributory negligence. A hearing was granted by this court, after decision by the District Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two, for the purpose of giving further study to the problems presented.
