Appellant, as administratrix of the estate of her father, commenced an action to set aside certain transfers by gift made by decedent to Christina Thorndike, another daughter. The property involved consists of two parcels of real property and a bank account. The validity of the transaction is attacked in four causes of action, predicated respectively upon the grounds of (1) fraud; (2) undue influence; (3) unsoundness of mind; and (4) lack of proper execution.
