Plaintiff Jennie Helbing is the mother of defendant Harold Helbing and defendant Neva Helbing is Harold’s wife. Plaintiff appeals from judgments in favor of defendants in two suits in equity in which she attacked three transfers of property from herself to defendants. The two suits are consolidated for trial. The first transfer attacked is the sale to defendants by plaintiff of a parcel of real property in San Francisco in 1941 for an agreed price of $17,500.
