¶ 1 Fine Airport Parking, Inc. (Fine) appealed the district court’s dismissal of its state antitrust cause of action against the City of Tulsa and its public authorities, the Tulsa Airport Authority and the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (collectively Tulsa). The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the district court erred in dismissing Fine’s petition.
