Plaintiff appeals by delayed leave granted from the circuit court order reversing the district court and dismissing the charges brought under the Child Protection Law (CPL), MCL 722.621 et seq. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The facts are not in dispute. Defendants are the school administrator and the principal of Richardson Middle School.
