The defendant is charged with two counts of sexually assaulting his wife. This is an interlocutory appeal from a trial court order granting in part and denying in part, pursuant to the rape-shield statute, MCL 750.520j(l)(a); MSA 28.788(10)(l)(a), the defendant’s motion in limine to introduce evidence of specific instances of the complainant’s sexual conduct with the defendant both before and after the night of the alleged sexual assault.
