In these consolidated cases, the prosecution appeals by leave granted1 the trial courts’ dismissal of charges against defendants, Lymance English (Docket No. 330389) and Brandon R. Smith (Docket No. 330390). The charges were brought under MCL 333.7410(3) for possession with intent to deliver drugs on or within 1,000 feet of school property.
