Plaintiff-Appellant Cain Restaurant Company (“Cain”) appeals the district court’s order and judgment denying its motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment for Carrols Corporation (“Carrols”). This case pertains to a matter of contract interpretation in a lease agreement, namely whether the term “Premises” as used in a lease agreement is defined to include buildings and improvements on the land, for purposes of valuating the property.
