This action involves claims for breach of fiduciary duty and intentional interference with prospective business relations asserted by an insurance broker against several insurance companies. Defendants, CX Reinsurance Company Ltd., U.K., and Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London (collectively, CX), appeal the judgment entered upon a jury verdict awarding $6,750,783 to plaintiff, MDM Group Associates, Inc.
