1 1 In this dispute over underinsured motorist (UIM) insurance benefits, defendant, American Family Insurance Group, appeals the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, Charles M. Vacearo, for breach of contract and for unreasonable denial of insurance benefits under sections 10-3-1115 and 10-38-1116, C.R.S.2011 (the Statutes).
