This is a case in which A. Ij. Streeter, defendant in error, was plaintiff below, and Charles Hale, George Miller, Joe Miller, and Zack Miller, plaintiffs in error, were defendants below, and the court will refer to the parties herein as they appeared in the lower court, as plaintiff and defendants.
