MEMORANDUM OPINION
REGGIE B. WALTON, District Judge.
This case arises from claims brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12102, 12111-12 (2006), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (2006), and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. §§ 791, 794a (2006). 1 Complaint (“Compl.”) ¶ 4. The plaintiff asserts that he was discriminated against by the defendant based on his disabilities, race, and sex. Id. ¶ 1.
