Plaintiffs Hajjar Ahmed and Hossam Ahmed bring this action against Janet Napolitano, acting in her official capacity as Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, for violating the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 791, et seq., (2006) (“the RHA”), and the Americans with Disability Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., (2006) (“the ADA”).
