SPROUSE, Circuit Judge:
1st Source Bank appeals from a judgment of the district court awarding J.D. *161Hamilton damages for discriminatory pay and discharge in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) of 1967, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. The jury found that the 1st Source Bank (hereinafter “Bank”) discriminated against Hamilton because of his age by paying him less than younger vice-presidents in the same job category and by discharging him. The district court denied the Bank’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or alternatively for a new trial. We affirm in part and…
