Lyle M. Rice appeals the district court’s 1 order denying his motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment to his ex-wife, Deborah J. Rice, Deborah’s father, Dana Newell, and Deborah’s attorney, Daniel R. Carter, in this action for damages under the Federal Wiretapping Act (Act), 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510-2521. We affirm.
