Plaintiff is a resident of New York and in 1951 was the owner of a hotel at Brettonwood, New Hampshire. The defendant Bunker Hill Mutual Insurance Company is a Pennsylvania insurance carrier, incorporated in and a resident of that State. It is not authorized to do business in New York; and the record indicates that it has no office, mailing address, *489agent or bank account here. There is proof that it has never “ issued ” an insurance policy “ in ” the State of New York.
