OPINION
HANSON, Judge.
This appeal presents a conflict between two automobile insurance policies, one issued to the school district and covering the district’s driver’s education vehicle, and the other issued to the driver’s education teacher and covering his personal vehicle. The district court granted summary judgment determining that the teacher’s personal insurer was obligated to defend and indemnify the teacher for claims arising from his use of the school district’s vehicle.
