LARSON, Chief Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a special court-martial with officer members of one specification of communicating a threat and three specifications alleging behavior known generally, and referred to by the parties, as sexual harassment, all in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge.
