CLARK, Judge:

A special court-martial consisting of officer members convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of seven specifications of sexual harassment,1 two specifications of assault consummated by a battery,2 and one specification of indecent assault.3 The court-martial sentenced the appellant to confinement for 4 months, forfeiture of $250.00 pay per month for 4 months, reduction to paygrade E-l, and a bad-conduct discharge.
