*468John S. Orme died intestate in Robertson Oonnty in December, 1902. He left surviving bim bis widow, and eight children. Five of the children were daughters and. three were sons. In December, 19Ó1, or just about a year before his death, Orme was found unconscious on a turn-, pike near his house.
