Affirming.

*464, ■ Nancy Taylor, a widow 71 years of age, owned a farm of .about 75 acres of mountain land, upon which she resided, on Hunt’s Branch, a tributary of the Levisa Pork of. Big Sandy River, in Pike County. The farm is worth about $450.00.

Mrs. Taylor’s husband had died on October 1st, 1912, leaving Nancy, his widow, and their eight children surviving him. ■
