This suit is an effort on the part of the appellees, who are grandchildren of Sallie Davidson, deceased, to cancel a deed which their grandmother executed to her two sons, Henry Davidson and James Davidson, on Septem*191ber 12, 1913, whereby she conveyed to appellants, wbo were defendants below, a lot located in the town of Hazard, Kentucky, and fronting on Main street in that town 41 feet and running back to a parallel street 160 feet.
