Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Larue Circuit Court, which canceled a contract, dated January 11, 1912, between appellant, James McDowell, and George W. Edwards, eight days before the latter’s death.

Edwards was about 70 years of age, and without children. In January, 1911, his wife had obtained a divorce from him. For several years previous to his *476death, Edwards had not kept house, hut had lived in different places with his relatives.
