Affirming.
This appeal calls in 'question the correctness of the judgment of the McCracken circuit court in setting aside and cancelling a deed to a tract of land, composed of *326sixty acres, which, was executed on the 26th day of January, 1911, by Henry Collier to the appellant, Sophronia E. Herzog.
