Husband and intervenor, his mother (hereinafter grandmother), appeal from a supplemental judgment, assigning error to the allowance of wife’s petition for attorney-fees. In addition, husband assigns error to the denial of his petition that sought fees from wife. Wife initially moved to modify a judgment of dissolution of marriage in order to allow her to move with the parties’ children to Minnesota. ORS 107.135. Husband objected to the modification.
