R. L. Jones, who is referred to hereinafter as protestee, and the board of county commissioners of Creek county, Okla., appeal from a judgment of the Court of Tax Review sustaining the protest of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company, a corporation, hereinafter called protestant.
