This is an original proceeding for writ of prohibition by the petitioners against the respondent, George- A. Henshaw, as judge of the district court of Oklahoma county, Okla., and against said district court.

The facts giving rise to the controversy may be briefly stated as follows: That heretofore there was filed in the district court of the Thirteenth judicial district cause No. 82611 in said court, styled “Jess G.
