On September 15, 2011, the Government filed a sixteen count Indictment against Defendants Executive Recycling, Inc., Brandon Richter, and Tor Olson. (ECF No. 1.) After a lengthy and hard fought jury trial, on December 21, 2012, Executive Recycling and Brandon Richter were convicted on nine counts, while Tor Olson was convicted on eight counts.
