Richard White (Petitioner) appeals an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) that recommitted him to serve six months as a convicted parole violator for driving under the influence (DUI) and, concurrently, to serve five months as a technical parole violator for use of drugs and failure to successfully *821complete his community corrections program.
