Relatrix’ son was accidentally killed, while in the employ of another, in the year 1928. She recovered judgment against the Home Accident Insurance Company, the bondsman for her son’s employer. This company is in the hands of a receiver and is insolvent. The American Surety Company of New York signed the bond of the Home Accident Insurance Company, for $50,000, to enable it to transact business in this state.
