This is a tussle over some limestone at the bottom of Lake *704Okeechobee in Florida. Plaintiff 'Coastal Petroleum Company, claiming a compensable interest in the limestone through a lease from an organ of the State of Florida, says that the United States took the mineral without paying for it. The defendant, for its part, asserts, first, that plaintiff has no such compensable interest, and, second, that in any event the Federal Government had the right to use the limestone under its navigation servitude which it exercised in the Lake Okeechobee project.
