Plaintiff Warren H. Driesse (“Driesse”) brings the instant action against defendant Florida Board of Regents alleging that the defendant discriminated against him on the basis of his age, disability and medical condition in violation of both federal and state law. In his amended complaint, the plaintiff seeks lost wages, compensatory, liquidated and punitive damages, interest, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
