The Attorney Grievance Commission (Commission), acting through Bar Counsel, filed a petition with us seeking disciplinary action against James Henry Montgomery, Jr., a member of the Maryland bar since 1975. The petition alleged five instances of professional misconduct in the main involving neglect.
