OPINION

RESTANI, Judge.

This matter is before the court on the motions of two plaintiff-intervenors, William Barnet & Son, Inc. and Consolidated Textiles, Inc. (collectively, “Plaintiff-Inter-venors”) for a preliminary injunction in this antidumping duty matter. Defendant United States consents to the enjoining of liquidation in accordance with 19 U.S.C. § 1516a(c)(2) (2000) (injunctive relief) to permit eventual liquidation in conformity with final court action.
