These matters are before the court on Maui Pineapple Co., Ltd. and the International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union (collectively “movants”) motions to intervene in Siam Food Products Public Co., Ltd. v. United States, Court No. 98-03-00558, and The Thai Pineapple Public Co., Ltd. v. United States, Court No. 98-03-00559, pursuant to USCIT Rule 24 and 28 U.S.C. § 2631(j)(1)(B) (1994).
