THE COURT.
This is an appeal by Thurman G. Casey from a judgment deciding and ordering in substance that appellant owns the disputed rooming and apartment house at 591 24th Street in the city of Oakland subject to a life estate in his sister Minnie Casey, that she recover the possession of the premises from him, that he be enjoined from interfering with her rights, that he is not entitled to an accounting for rentals received by her or to the rental value of an apartment occupied by her, but that she recover a certain amount for rentals received by him and for costs.
