OPINION

DONNELLY, Judge.

The City of Rio Rancho (the City) appeals from an order of the district court dismissing Defendant’s conviction of driving while intoxicated, contrary to a municipal ordinance. The central issue presented on appeal is whether the City, a home rule municipality, may enforce its traffic code for alleged viola-, tions that have occurred on private property without the written consent of the property owner. We affirm.
