Affirming.

The appellants, S. R. Maddox et al., are several of tbe children and grandchildren of Abraham and Senia Maddox, who seek by this suit in equity to set aside the deed of conveyance made by Abraham Maddox of his farm in Fleming county, Ky., on June 17, 1931, to his youngest son, A. W. Maddox, upon the grounds of undue influence, lack of mental capacity, and that the deed was obtained without consideration.

Upon submission of the cause upon the issues joined by the pleadings and proof, the learned chancellor upheld the deed and dismissed the petition.…
