Before the court is Stevo Design, Inc., Steven Budin, and Alan Rolli’s (“Plaintiffs’ ”) motion to alter or amend judgment under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e) (# 49 ).1 Defendant *1116SBR Marketing Ltd.
