MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAMS, District Judge.

Currently pending before the Court is a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Paper No. 1) and a Motion for Summary Judgment (Paper No. 7) filed by Petitioner Jason Conrad Poole (“Petitioner” or “Poole”) against Lehrman Dotson, the Warden of Maryland Correctional Adjustment Center (the “Government”). Poole moves the Court to vacate the original sentence imposed upon him by this Court on August 6, 1997.
