MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VRATIL, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Post Trial Motions Pursuant To Federal Rules Of Civil Procedure 23, 50 and 59 (Doc. # 852) which the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”) filed on May 18, 1998. In those motions, the NCAA renews its request for judgment as a matter of law. In the alternative, it asks the Court to remit the damages awarded to each class or vacate the judgments, decertify the classes and order a new trial.
