This is an appeal from an order of the superior court denying defendant relief under section 473 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to wit, that the judgment be set aside and that the proceedings on the judgment be held in abeyance until certain proceedings on garnishment and *341execution which were levied against the defendant by the creditors of the plaintiff’s assignor be disposed of.
